I am a Registered and Licensed Dietitian in addition to being a Certified Personal Trainer (CPT). My past experience includes public nutrition talks, directing onsite wellness programs and working as a clinical dietitian. Although I may be considered an “expert”, I am still learning as I go too. I have always been a picky eater and staying lean doesn’t come naturally to me. I struggle with the same issues that my clients do. I know that I learn from them at the same time they are learning from me. My goal is to take all of the information I’m gathering and share it with those struggling to stay healthy in a world that is sometimes working against us. I believe in learning how to manage our hunger hormones to manage weight, rather than relying on will power. My philosophy is if something isn’t working, well try something new!
